♻️ Sustainability and net zero targets are now firmly at the top of the agenda for construction businesses, following the disruption of the last 18 months or so. Our recent webinar saw us gather leaders from Travis Perkins, Polypipe and Reds10 to discuss sustainability in construction in more detail, outlining some of the ways AI can help! Watch it on demand here.

? A very proud moment for us this month, as we were announced as one of 12 businesses to be named a Net Zero Business Champion by the Construction Leadership Council! This reaffirms our commitment to using our technology to help drive carbon out of the construction sector. You can learn more here.

? A big shout out to our Head of Data Science Operations, Amy Sharif! This month she was shortlisted for the Rising Star Award at this year’s VentureBeat Women In AI Innovation Awards…AND was nominated for the 2021 Women in Tech Excellence Awards! You rock, Amy! ?

? For this month’s team End of Quarter Event, we closed our laptops and got out and about in the fresh air, walking in groups of Peakers to raise money for the fantastic cause that is Fareshare Greater Manchester! It was a great opportunity to see colleagues old and new face to face for the first time in far too long. You can show your support here.

?? We held our first ever Hiring Day in India, as we look to grow our team from an exciting new base in Pune! Thanks to everybody who signed up to take on the coding challenge and apply for a position at Peak – we’ve found some amazing talent to help us on the next stage of our journey! ?

? A special shout out to our good friends at Amazon Web Services (AWS), who joined us back at the start of the month of a special Peak Wine Club event, hosted by the always-fantastic Kelder Wines. It was an evening packed with lots of laughs, great conversations and delicious wine – here’s to the next one!

? Peak Ensemble was back on our screens this month, and we had the pleasure of hearing from James Grant, Statistics Lecturer at Lancaster University.
