Pioneering AI firm Peaks at Neo: unveiling our new office

Peak consulted with interior design experts The Sheila Bird Group to create a space centred around the idea of flexible working, while encouraging social interaction, productivity and collaboration.

There are no assigned desks and staff work in an agile approach with access to a variety of spaces, including a large seamless communal desk, a social and events space, meeting rooms and pods for solo work or private discussions.

Discussing the reason behind the move and the new design, Richard Potter, Peak’s CEO, explained:

“Thoughtful office design is vitally important to the success of any organisation. For us, it’s the physical embodiment of the values and culture that permeate through Peak.

“Being on the top floor of Neo is amazing. We’re surrounded by inspiring views of the city we were founded in and the huge amount of natural light gives us extra energy and helps maximise productivity. The brilliant layout and design that Atul and the team at Sheila Bird have done for us creates a fluid, collaborative space that enables us to get the best from each other.

“Most importantly, it’s somewhere staff and customers want to come to, stay in and return to. We see our new HQ as somewhere that can help us attract and retain the best talent to join our team and great new clients alike.”

We also have all sorts of other elements, like the exposed concrete soffits, the hanging gardens and other biophilic elements. We really like the raised meeting spaces that link you to other parts of the world. It’s a space that makes you smile.”
